Math Coaching Designed to Help Students Understand, Think & Grow

Math Coaching Lab offers structured 8-week small-group math programs for students in Grades 3–5. Each group is intentionally limited to a maximum of 7 students, giving students more opportunities to participate, ask questions, explain their thinking, practice important skills, and receive targeted teacher support.

More Than Homework Help

Math Coaching Lab is not designed as a traditional homework-completion program. Sessions focus on strengthening mathematical skills, reasoning, understanding, and independence. Schoolwork may occasionally help identify what a student is learning or where support is needed, but instructional time is dedicated to purposeful mathematics learning.

Is Math Coaching Lab Right for My Child?

Your child does not have to be struggling in math to benefit.

• Needs additional time to understand concepts or strengthen foundations
• Can follow a procedure but has difficulty explaining why it works
• Needs practice applying learning to unfamiliar or multi-step problems
• Would benefit from a smaller setting and more opportunities to participate
• Needs to rebuild confidence or persistence when math feels challenging
• Is already successful and ready to strengthen or extend mathematical thinking

Our goal is to meet students where they are and help them move forward.
